Conflicting tales of gold stocks

I have been reading that gold stocks have been performing better than I expected during the current economic trend, then I read other comments and articles which seem completely contrary. How do you know for sure?

You need to dig much deeper than the news reports. You need to do serious research before you invest in Gold (or anything else for that matter).

If you are not looking at it like a full time job you are bound to under perform.

If you want a guaranteed loss... just follow all the willy nilly advice out there... and do it without a serious plan!
